Iulius Town Timișoara reaches 80,000 square meters of premium offices, where more than 40 companies from three continents are present, after the inauguration of the fourth building – United Business Center 0
The fourth office building in the Iulius Town Timișoara complex is operational and consolidates the regional business pole from the mixed-use urban regeneration project with a total leasable area of 80,000 sqm and a community of over 40 multinational companies from three continents . United Business Center 0 has a leasable area of over 30,000 sqm, occupied by the offices of 15 companies in the fields of IT & Outsourcing, automotive and services.
Recently, the fourth office building in Iulius Town Timișoara, the only mixed-use urban regeneration complex in the west of the country, was inaugurated. With two levels of underground parking, mezzanine, ground floor, 15 office floors and two technical floors, United Business Center 0 (UBC 0) brings together, on a total leasable area of 30,000 sqm, the offices of 15 companies, with over 4,000 employees.
“The new building represents a project adapted to market requirements, which responds to a real need in the office segment for premium office spaces, adapted to the current reality and to the expectations of employees regarding the work environment. The building houses, spread over two floors, the Endava software development center. The Porsche Engineering Romania development center, the software development office of Cognizant Softvision and the headquarters of Toluna Romania, a company specialized in research and market studies, occupy one floor each. At the same time, the UBC 0 community includes the office of the IT & management consulting company Infosys Consulting, the Haufe Group software development center, the Linde Global Services Romania customer relations support service center, the doctari group technological hub, the Unbabel translation technology center, the supplier’s office of IT solutions in the industrial field IT Vizion, the service center of the brake technology developer TMD Friction and the local office of the professional services firm PwC Romania.
Offices with an urban garden and a focus on socializing
The new premium office building benefits from integration into the Iulius Town Timișoara mixed-use complex, which gives immediate access to shops and services, themed restaurants and cafes, food court, offices of public institutions, kindergarten and primary school, the largest fitness center from the country, the multiplex cinema that includes the VIP concept – dinner and movie all inclusive, medical services and multiple opportunities to spend free time.

The building has eight high-speed elevators and is equipped with a technical management system and Building Management System control, with benefits in optimizing the work environment and making consumption more efficient. UBC 0 has a water consumption reduced by 40%, the parameters of an environmentally friendly building, and the rainwater is reused for the irrigation of green spaces.
In line with the sustainability strategy by supporting urban mobility with alternative and eco-friendly means, the newest office building in the Iulius Town mixed-use complex integrates showers and changing rooms for those who come to the office by bicycle, as well as parking spaces dedicated to employees who own electric cars, with the possibility of charging the car.
