Russia announces that it has identified the organizer of the terrorist attack on the bridge in Crimea

The FSB also announces that the explosives were delivered from Odessa via Bulgaria, Georgia and Armenia. “The Federal Security Service, together with the Investigative Committee, established that the organizer of the terrorist attack on the Crimean Bridge was the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, its head, Kiril Budanov, employees and agents“, announced the Russian authorities.

The FSB detained eight accomplices in preparation for the attack. “Currently, five citizens of Russia, three citizens of Ukraine and Armenia, who participated in the preparation of the crime, have been detained in the criminal case“, stated the FSB.

With the help of Solomko, Ukrainian citizen Volodymyr Vasilievich Zlob, born in 1987, and five other identified Russians, on October 7, the documents for the cargo were changed again, the sender was indicated LLC “TEK-34” (Ulyanovsk), and the recipient was a non-existent company from Crimea.

On the same day, the pallets were loaded into a truck by Russian citizen Makhir Yusubov, born in 1971, which left for Simferopol, and on October 8, at 06:03 Moscow time, there was a time explosion what was moving on the bridge from Crimea.

As noted in the FSB, “control over the movement of cargo along the entire route and contacts with participants in the criminal transport scheme was carried out by an employee of the Main Directorate of Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense, who introduced himself as ‘Ivan Ivanovich’“.

Bulgaria denies any involvement in the Crimean bridge explosion

“Currently, five citizens of Russia, three citizens of Ukraine and Armenia, who participated in the preparation of the crime, have been detained in a criminal case. The investigation into the terrorist attack continues. All its organizers and accomplices, including foreign nationals, will be prosecuted in accordance with Russian law“, the Russians added.

The Bulgarian government has denied any link to the truck that exploded on Saturday on the Kerch bridge, which links the Ukrainian peninsula to Crimea, after a Russian investigation indicated the vehicle came from Bulgaria.

“Bulgaria has no complicity with the preparation of the explosion on the bridge in Crimea. And such an accusation was not officially presented by the Russian side either”, acting Prime Minister Galab Donev told journalists, reports EFE, quoted by Agerpres.
