regarding the immediate convening of the Mures County Council in an extraordinary public meeting

President of the Mures County Council,

Considering the circumstances mentioned in the content of art.68 fulfilled¹ from the Regulation on the organization and operation of the Mureș County Council, approved by Mureș County Council Decision no. 115/2019, with subsequent amendments and additions,

Pursuant to the provisions of art. 178 para. (2), art. 179, in conjunction with art. 134 para. (1) letter a), para. (4), para. (5) lit. a), a^1) and a^2), art. 135 and art. 196 paragraph (1) letter b) of the Government Emergency Ordinance no. 57/2019 on the Administrative Code, with subsequent amendments and additions,

has:

Art. 1. (1) The plenary session of the Mureş County Council is convened immediately in an extraordinary public meeting for the date of October 7, 2022, 2 p.m., which will take place in a videoconference system, online.

(2) The proposed draft of the agenda of the extraordinary meeting, convened immediately, is provided in the annex, which is an integral part of this provision.

Art. 2. (1) The public nature of the county council meeting is ensured by its transmission on the institution’s Facebook social media platform.

(2) The provisions of Section 6¹ Special rules from Chapter IV Operation of the Mureș County Council from the Regulation on the organization and operation of the Mureș County Council, approved by Mureș County Council Decision no. 115/2019, with subsequent amendments and additions, become applicable.

Art. 3. This provision is brought to public attention through the local mass media and by posting on the authority’s website and is communicated to the general secretary of the county, county councilors, departments, services and independent departments within the specialized apparatus of the Mureș County Council.
