Known underworld, remanded in custody. After a fight in traffic, the police discovered what he had been doing in the last few days

A well-known underworld from the Capital has been arrested. The man came to the police after a fight in traffic, and as a result of the investigation it was discovered that he gave several “spikes” to a flower shop and two restaurants.

According to some sources, the man in question would be the underworld Mircea Ursu, also called “God’s bodyguard”, who, at the time of committing the acts, was under judicial control for placing counterfeit money on the market.

On Wednesday, the police in the Capital implemented an arrest warrant after he assaulted another driver in traffic. After an altercation in traffic, he got out of the car armed with a sword and punched the other driver.

Following the expansion of the investigations, the police discovered that the man and his wife were complained by two restaurants in the capital that they had eaten and consumed alcoholic beverages worth a total of over 2,500 lei and left without paying.

And a flower shop complained to the man that he took a bouquet of 300 roses, worth 5,000 lei, which he did not pay.

He was detained, on Wednesday, for a period of 24 hours, and the measure of preventive arrest was subsequently ordered against him.

His wife was not brought to the hearings because she is in the hospital to have silicone implants, according to sources.

What the police discovered, following the investigations:

– on September 19 this year, at around 10:30 p.m., while the man was at the intersection of some streets in Sector 1, following some misunderstandings in traffic with a person, he allegedly assaulted her physically, while he had a cutting-stabbing object.

– on October 10 this year, the 1st Police Department was notified by the manager of a restaurant, from Sector 1, regarding the fact that, on the same day, two people ordered and consumed several alcoholic beverages and left without paying payment note, in the amount of 1,300 lei.

– on October 8 this year, around 10.30 p.m., the man would have presented himself at the workplace of a commercial company, in Sector 1, where he ordered a bouquet of flowers, worth 5,000 lei, and upon leaving would not have paid its consideration.

– on October 12 this year, around 5:00 p.m., the two suspects appeared at another restaurant, in Sector 1, and after consuming several food products and alcoholic beverages, worth 1,255 lei, would have left without paying the bill.

Thus, during Wednesday, an arrest warrant was implemented, issued in the man’s name, he was found and taken to hearings.

The person in question was detained for a period of 24 hours, and the measure of preventive arrest was subsequently ordered against him.

Investigations are being continued by the 1st Police Department, under the supervision of the Prosecutor’s Office attached to the 1st District Court, in terms of the commission of assault or other violence and abuse of trust by defrauding creditors.

The Capital Police states that the initiation of the criminal action is a stage of the criminal process regulated by the Code of Criminal Procedure, with the aim of creating the procedural framework for the administration of evidence, an activity that cannot, under any circumstances, defeat the principle of the presumption of innocence.
